Watkins Glen, NY – Friday, August 11, 2006

We paid a brief visit to a lovely town green in Watkins Glen, NY, a perfect place for a nice picnic lunch with plenty of room to play music and dance. Beyond us a bit was an attractive farmers market where we met some of the local people, obviously hard working and industrious folk. They desired greatly to see an expression of our life come to their area in the future. We were happy to meet up with some Mennonites we had previously known from the farmers market in Ithaca, NY.
